The road to health – What does that mean for you?
Better sleep? More energy? Becoming more fit? Having less stress? Losing weight? Some combination of all of those? Where do you begin?
By taking the first step.
You and I will meet and determine where you’ve been, where you are and where you want to go. While it may seem like your goals are the most important part of this equation, where you’ve been and where you are now will help us to determine the best way for you to reach your goals.
Your initial session is 90 minutes. During this meeting, we will decide your path. It may include grocery shopping assistance, a kitchen or pantry a make-over, perhaps one, or a series of cooking classes. You will gain insight on new strategies to make planning, preparing and even eating food more enjoyable and conducive to achieving your goals.
That path may also include learning stress reduction techniques. I can assess your fitness regime, or help you get started on one. I can advise you on your strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. We can explore stress reduction including breathing techniques, and incorporate yoga and meditation. During this initial session, we will also discuss your next steps.
